1. Services Offered

DocuSourcery provides professional documentation services, including but not limited to:

• Technical consultation
• User guides
• Onboarding documentation
• API documentation
• UX writing
• SaaS documentation
• Release notes (developer and client-focused)
• Custom documentation packages

All services are tailored based on client needs and outlined in the agreed project scope.

2. Project Scope & Revisions

A detailed scope of work will be shared and agreed upon before project commencement.

Minor revisions (within reasonable limits) are included. Major scope changes may require renegotiation of fees and timelines.

Clients must provide necessary access, product context, or materials required for proper execution.

3. Samples & Approval

Prior to full engagement, a sample may be provided to demonstrate service quality. Once the sample is approved, the project or monthly plan officially begins.

4. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in advance.
• For one-time projects, payment is required in full after sample approval and before work begins.
• For monthly plans, payment is due between the 1st and 5th of each month.
• Late payments may result in delays or suspension of service.
• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Ownership & Licensing

Upon full payment, all documentation created by DocuSourcery becomes the intellectual property of the Client.

We reserve the right to showcase anonymized or redacted excerpts in our portfolio unless explicitly prohibited in writing.

6. Turnaround Time & Delivery

Delivery timelines are shared based on project complexity and availability.

We commit to timely delivery but are not liable for delays caused by insufficient client input, technical issues, or force majeure.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary materials shared, including product details, codebases, and user data. NDAs can be signed upon request.

8. Service Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. For monthly plans, termination must be communicated at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

In case of early termination, all completed work will be delivered upon final payment.

9. Limitation of Liability

DocuSourcery shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the documentation. Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid for the services provided.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes may be handled under the laws and jurisdiction of the business’s registered location.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
