2. We Understand Your Needs
   During our meeting, we'll discuss:
   • Your target audience
   • Your product's unique features and workflows
   • The type of documentation you require (one-time, monthly, or yearly)
   • Any brand voice or style preferences
   The only thing we need from you is a dedicated point of contact—someone from your team who can provide the information and resources we need along the way.
3. We Propose the Perfect Plan
   Based on our conversation, we'll suggest a tailored documentation plan with clear pricing. No hidden fees. No surprise add-ons. Only the scope and cost mutually agreed before starting.
4. We're Transparent About Payments
   
   • One-Time Projects: Payment is made in advance after you approve the initial sample.
   • Monthly Plans: Advance payments are due between the 1st–5th of each month.
   • Accepted Methods: Cash, Local Bank Transfer, and International Bank Wire Transfer (SWIFT).
   Every amount and timeline is mutually set before work begins—so you'll never be caught off guard.
5. We Deliver in Drafts, Then Perfect It
   We first share a draft version for your review. You give us feedback, we refine it, and we make sure the final output is exactly what your users need.
